THE TRAINING MODULES
The purpose and goal of The Training Modules to provide interactive training to young women, globally, who are trying to make a difference in their communities by first making a difference in their own life. For years now, young women have come to WinACrown from all walks of life and from all corners of the world asking questions and asking for advice in helping them to get ready for competition. WinACrown has always tried to serve each and every one of them but sometimes the logistics of time and space between us make it a mission that does not work out. When that happens, it is the young lady that does not get the real benefit of what this industry really has to offer. With that in mind, these training module lessons will not only prepare them for any competition they may enter, these modules will also prepare them for life.
These Training Modules are designed to be interactive so that regardless of where the young lady resides, be it Pennsylvania, Florida, Canada, Germany, etc., she will have access and information that will help her to achieve all of her goals and prep work needed to put her into the winner’s circle. There are eight Modules:

INTRODUCTION

This session is designed to help you identify how to select the perfect competition opportunity. The pageant industry is a really special industry. It is one that is designed to nurture your inner most desires and at the same time, this industry makes it possible to achieve goals beyond your wildest dreams. However, in order to insure that you will succeed in the world of pageantry and the business of pageants, you must first choose the right competition experience.

OK. Let’s get started --- how do you choose the right pageant? First, determine what you want to accomplish. Yes, I know you want to win – everyone wants to win. However, there is much to be gained by competing in a pageant so in order to maximize your pageant experience, you must determine all of the areas of growth you want to gain and then seek out those pageants that will provide you with successfully achieving all of those goals. So, how do you find the pageant that will be best for you?

Attending pageants is an excellent way to get totally informed. When you watch a pageant, you may think “oh that’s easy, I can do that”. Well, perhaps you can but just remember that if what you are seeing looks easy, then you are watching a really good pageant because if they make it look that easy, you can rest assure that the preparation was extremely intense, the production well planned and the organization well managed. Not everything happens the way it should on pageant day most of the time, but when mistakes are made and you cannot/do not notice them, then you can be confident that this is a good pageant and one that could very much help to enhance your overall performance on and off-stage. Attend as many pageants as you can before you decide to compete and when you begin competing, stay with that system for as long as it helps you to improve your performance.
