Please complete this application so that you can gain entry into the 2012 Miss Pittsburgh Pageant. Once you have completed the application, please return it to our offices so that we may include you as a Title contender for 2012. Be certain that you give us clear legible answers in your application since this is the information that will be given to the pageant judges.
Once we have received your application and Registration fee of $35, we will provide you with all of the requisite information you will need in order to properly prepare for this competition.
