Configuring Outlook Express with ImpactFolios Email Accounts

1. Open Outlook.
2. Click on "Tools", found in the top menu bar.
3. Click on "Accounts".
4. A pop-up dialog will appear. Click on the "Mail" tab.
5. Click on the "Add" button, then "Mail".
6. A new window will appear. In the display name field, enter your name. Click "Next".
7. In the "email address" field, enter your full email address. Click "Next".
8. In the "Incoming POP3 or IMAP Server" field, enter your domain name.
9. In the "Outgoing SMTP Server" field, enter your domain name. Click "Next".
10. Type in your full email address in the username field.
11. Type in the password we provided for your email account (not your ImpactFolios account) in the password field. Click "Next".
12. The last step will ask for a friendly name for the account. Fill in this field, then click "Next".
13. You may be asked for a "connection type", select "LAN".
14. Click the "Finish" button.

Configuring Apple Mail with ImpactFolios Email Accounts

1. Start the mail program
2. Select "preferences" from the "mail" menu.
3. Click the "accounts icon"
4. A new dialog window will appear. Click the "add account" button.
5. Use the following information for your new account:
   • Account Type: POP
   • Description: ImpactFolios Mail
   • Email Address: The email address provided to you
   • Full Name: Your full name
   • Incoming Mail Server: Mail server provided in your setup messages
   • User Name: Your Full email address
   • Password: The password provided for your email account
6. Next, click the "options" button.
7. In the "Outgoing Mail Server" text box, type in your domain name.
8. Click "Ok".
9. Click "Ok".
10. Click the red close button to exit the preferences window.
