Montessori Project The Montessori Children's House in Traverse City, Michigan, commissioned this project in memory of the lives of Karen, Rowan, Anna and Sierra. Three sculptures were designed for a labyrinth in the memorial Angel Garden for the mother,daughter and two girlfriends. All four drowned in a car accident on Long Lake in Traverse City, Michigan. The area is still recovering from the loss. They were powerful young women. |

'The Beginning' - 2 Person Exhibition In May of 2006, Twisted Fish Gallery in Elk Rapids, Michigan had their Premier Exhibition in the newly remodeled Cottage Gallery. Angela Schuler and myself were the featured artists. |

Goddess of the Garden Sculpture Project This project was commissioned by Jayne Leatherman-Walker, owner of the Eco-Learning Center. The organic farm is located north of Traverse City, Michigan. Twenty women gave, shared and learned from each other in traditional and non traditional ways. Spring 2003 thru Summer 2006. |

'Peculiar' Solo Exhibition Peculiar Solo Exhibit started in July and went through August of 2007 at InsideOUT Gallery in Traverse City, Michigan. InsideOUT Gallery is one of the galleries that represents and sells my sculptures. The artwork in the gallery space is very different compared to other galleries in Traverse City as the art is more provocative than safe. There is also a performance space connected to the gallery that hosts many unique musicians from around the United States. It also hosts indy films when the Traverse City Film Festival is in town, and wild parties when we feel like dancing! |

Self Portriats It started in my basement then went into the garage. I still only take up little spaces when I work, but my supplies are taking over. The kids will be booted soon to college so more space will open up, and so will I. |

Mushroom Hunt Morel mushrooms are fun to search for and find, but don't get lost in the woods hunting for them. These pictures are of morels hiding in the sticks and leaves. Some pictures have more than one morel, some have none. |
