Copying and Pasting Text into the HTML Editor
Author: Ashley R.09/26/2006
We've had a handful of customers who have experienced font formatting issues with text that has been copied and pasted into our HTML editor from either another website or from a word processor, such as Microsoft Word.
The way to get around this issue is to paste your content FIRST into your system notepad, which will remove all previous text formatting, then copy your content from notepad and paste it into our HTML editor.
If anyone is still having trouble with this issue, please email support for additional assistance!

Solution: If the "Paste" option is unavailable in the HTML Editor, you can use Ctrl+V on your keyboard as an alternative paste function. Once your content has been copied from your system Notepad, place your cursor in the HTML Editor content area and hit Ctrl+V simultaneously.
