Can I transfer my domain to ImpactFolios?

We've had a lot of people asking if it is possible to transfer an existing domain name for use with the ImpactFolios service.
The answer is Yes!
When upgrading, you will be asked to enter a domain name for use with your ImpactFolios account. At this step in the upgrade process, there is a checkbox labeled "Transfer existing domain name". If you check this, it will notify us that you plan on using an existing domain name.
Once you have done this, we begin the process of transferring your domain to our service. The process typically takes 24 hours, though can take a few days, depending on who you are hosted with presently, and what level of technical control you have over your domain name. Each domain and hosting situation is different, and we strive to minimize any downtime with your website.
What does it cost?
- There is no cost for transferring a domain to us.
- There is also no fee for domain renewals. If the domain transfer is a full transfer (ideally, the domain is moved to our registrar), there is no cost for domain renewals. Since your domain is "free" with the ImpactFolios service, we cover your yearly renewal fees.
