Inserting an image on a page
Author: Geoff B.09/07/2006
We've had a lot of people ask us recently about how to add images to their blog or html page on their ImpactFolios website.
Here is how you do it:
Using the HTML Editor
First, we've added a new button in the html editor, which will allow you to enter the link to an image that is already in your portfolio or images uploaded through the "music / video / pdf" section. The editor appears when you edit your blog or basic html page in the account management section.
Click "picture" button, located at the far right of the HTML editor. Click this, and you will be presented with a form where you can enter the http link to the image you wish to add to your page. If you have an image link already, you can paste it into the "url" section of this box.
If you have uploaded images to the "music / video / pdf" section, you can click the browse button, select the image, and then directly add those images to the page. This is the recommended way of adding images to a page.
You can also use images hosted on other sites (provided you have permission to do so, of course).

09/08/2006 - Liquid Figure - The Art of Geoffrey Vail BrownHi, You can include an image in your portfolio, or one that is hosted on the internet somewhere. There isn't a way to upload images specifically for blogs or pages at this point. If there is an image you want in the blog or page, but don't want it on your portfolio, you can make a portfolio "private" so that the portfolio and images don't get listed on your site.
