M Pannier Photography has relocated the studio to a new, expanded space, Shoot at RED. Located in Frederick, Maryland, the studio is a photographer's dream. Nearly 2000 sf, allowing you the most flexibility to create your art. Close to Washington, Baltimore, northern Virginia and southern Pennsylvania, the studio is located at the intersection of I70, I270 and US 15.
