A photography career that has spanned over a decade, the Bay Area native has created images that define moments, oppose the ordinary and are timeless. A true visionary and versatile behind the lens, Maurice has made his mark in several niches of photography. He started his career in editorial where he was the Chief Photographer at MTV Networks. Since then, his work has landed on the pages of prestigious publications such as: Rolling Stone, Spin, People, The San Jose Mercury News, AsianWeek, Fortune, Dime Magazine and has shot high-profile subjects like Coldplay, Christina Aguilera, LeBron James as well as several Fortune 500 CEOs. Five years ago Maurice successfully transitioned into wedding and portrait photography. Maurice's inventive eye and source of inspiration stems from the very subjects he shoots. Their emotions and unique personalities enable him to capture images that are authentic and convey compelling stories. Maurice works out of his studio in Alameda, CA and his fiance Nina is the studio manager.
Weddings Your wedding is as unique as your relationship and personalities. This is one of the most important days with the most significant people in our lives! My goal is to capture all of the spontaneous emotions and beauty in a collection of photographs that are meaningful, authentic, and timeless. Over 12 years working as a professional photographer has enriched me with a diverse background of photojournalism, fashion, and editorial, and we will photograph your wedding using a mixture of all of those techniques. Beginning in 2012, travel expenses within the continental U.S. are included with our package pricing.
Corporate We truly enjoy covering corporate events and companies with a story-telling approach, and have extensive knowledge and skill with creating compelling environmental portraiture of executives and innovators. Portrait Fashion shoots are typically 3 hours on-location, multiple looks, makeup and styling, and $150 Product Credit.
